Energy Jobline ZR seeks a senior Stormwater/Water Resource engineer to lead regional growth in North Carolina. You will guide project delivery, supervise a multi-disciplinary team, and drive client relationships for urban stormwater planning and design.

Requirements include a civil/environmental degree, 10+ years’ experience, and NC PE licensure or imminent ability to obtain. Travel and leadership of complex green infrastructure projects are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Agricultural Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of Stormwater / Water Resource engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proven track record in planning and design of urban stormwater addressing quantity and quality.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams delivering planning and design solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of client service and business development including proposals and presentations.
• Hands-on with ICPR, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ICM, FLO-2D, XPSWMM, ArcGIS, Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with FEMA floodplain regulations and LOMR/CLOMR submissions.

Responsabilités

• Grow local stormwater market presence through targeted business development and client relationships.
• Partner with Stormwater Leads to develop strategies supporting growth and innovation.
• Build and lead a stormwater project delivery team in North Carolina.
• Manage stormwater planning and design projects, including documents, analyses, and reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
• Some travel is required.
