Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Stormwater/Water Resources Engineer to expand the firm’s NC stormwater market and lead project delivery.

You will manage planning and design efforts, coordinate with stormwater leads, and guide teams through complex permit and design tasks for multi-benefit facilities and green infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineers, scientists, and clients, and may travel within North Carolina and beyond to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field; PE in NC or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of stormwater/water resources project experience.
• Experience leading project teams and client-facing business development.
• Proven ability to develop permits and compliance reports.

Responsibilities

• Expand Carollo’s presence in the NC stormwater market via targeted business development.
• Collaborate with Stormwater Leads to grow strategy and innovation.
• Develop a stormwater project delivery team in North Carolina.
• Manage planning and design projects, including plans, specs, reports, and design work.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and travel within NC and nationally as needed.
