Job summary

GUESS?, LLC is seeking a Manager, Store Planning & Design to own and drive new store, remodel, and pop-up projects from concept through construction. You will enforce brand standards, schedules, budgets, and operational requirements while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong design judgment, proactive problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment across North America and licensed partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of retail store planning, architecture, interior design, retail development, or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned store projects from planning through design development, documentation, approvals, and construction coordination.
• Manage design and planning for pop-up, temporary, and non-traditional environments while balancing schedules and brand standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and operational requirements are met.
• Review technical drawings and documentation for accuracy and alignment with brand standards; manage revisions and approvals.
• Serve as primary Store Planning contact for assigned projects and collaborate across departments and external partners.
