Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager of Real Estate Strategy, Operation Design and Construction to translate high-level brand concepts into functional retail locations.

You will lead end-to-end store development, ensuring the Design Intent is maintained from concept through opening. This role requires 8–10 years in Store Development/Architectural Management, 3–5 years in leadership, and a strong budgeting focus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Store Development or Architectural Management.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership in a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% domestically.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Execution: drive annual store expansion/remodel while maintaining brand aesthetics.
• Design-to-Build Translation: translate concepts into actionable construction documents.
• Project Management: end-to-end retail real estate development, aligning stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Vendor Orchestration: manage relationships with architectural firms and contractors.
• Process Innovation: introduce new materials/standards to improve build speed and workflow from concept to key.
• Stakeholder Alignment: bridge Brand Creative and Retail Real Estate to resolve conflicts between aesthetics and constraints.
