The position requires 8 years in retail store planning or related fields, strong REVIT and AutoCAD skills, and a Bachelor's/Associate degree in architecture or related field.

Qualifications

• Required knowledge of REVIT and ACAD/AutoCAD; resume must explain usage.
• Experience with retail store planning, fixture layouts, and construction processes.
• Strong communication and time-management skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead shell reviews; evaluate sites for new stores, relocations, expansions, remodels, and special projects.
• Analyze lease requirements, surveys, and constraints to assess feasibility and develop preliminary planning solutions.
• Coordinate pre-development activities with Real Estate, Construction, landlords, architects, and consultants.
• Develop site-specific fixture plans and architectural criteria drawings meeting standards.
• Provide planning guidance and problem-solving support across teams and projects.
