Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Retail Store Planner to shape the physical footprint of major national retail chains. This hybrid role runs 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, on an 11-month contract with high potential to extend and competitive compensation.

You will guide projects from site feasibility to architectural criteria, develop fixture plans in Revit and AutoCAD, and collaborate with Real Estate, Construction and Store Operations to ensure brand standards and

Qualifications

8+ years in retail store planning, space planning, architecture or interior design.
Professional proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD for retail fixtures and drawings.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end retail design development and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Evaluate site conditions and lease requirements to establish project feasibility.
Develop site-specific fixture plans and architectural drawings in Revit/AutoCAD.
Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction and Store Operations to uphold brand standards.
Direct milestones and resolve bottlenecks to deliver stores on schedule.
