Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail store planning, architecture, interior design, space planning, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead planning projects from site evaluation to final criteria.
• Strong understanding of store planning, fixture layouts, and construction processes.
• Experience evaluating sites, lease requirements, and landlord criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of retail projects including openings, relocations, expansions, remodels, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Store Operations, Design, landlords, architects, and consultants.
• Develop practical planning solutions balancing brand standards and site constraints.
• Manage multiple projects, milestones, and risk escalation with cross-functional partners.
