Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a highly skilled planning professional to support the execution of new stores, relocations, expansions, remodels, and special projects. This role plays a key part in advancing store planning work from site evaluation through final fixture planning and architectural criteria development, helping ensure projects align with operational needs and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead site evaluation and pre-development planning by reviewing shell conditions, surveys, lease requirements, landlord criteria, and construction constraints.
• Develop site-specific fixture plans and architectural criteria drawings that align with company standards and construction requirements.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Store Operations, Design, landlords, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules, monitor planning milestones, review deliverables for accuracy, and help resolve planning and design issues.

Required

• 8+ years of experience in retail store planning, architecture, interior design, space planning, design development, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of REVIT.
• Working knowledge of ACAD/AUTOCAD.
• Experience supporting retail development projects from site evaluation through final design documentation preferred (not mandatory).
