Job summary

Meijer is seeking an experienced store operations leader to oversee day-to-day store performance across food and general merchandise. You will direct staffing, training, merchandising, and customer service to drive sales and profitability.

In this role you will manage planograms, seasonal resets, and endcaps; lead a diverse team; and implement strategies to improve service, shrink control, and community relationships while upholding Meijer's values.

• Strong ability to manage multiple store functions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Director in running overall store operations.
• Lead performance reviews and career development for leaders and staff.
• Attract and retain a diverse, high-performing team aligned with Meijer culture.
• Conduct daily communications and huddles sharing financials, feedback and recognition.
• Drive strategies to improve customer service, merchandising and store profitability.
