Qualifications

• Preferred: key holder experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and efficient inventory controls (Zero Balance, RTV, Return to Warehouse).
• Execute product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Implement weekly planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers with solutions.
• Display selling skills to present options and close on needs.
• Provide a welcoming store environment with clean, inviting presentation.
• Perform front-end tasks such as cashiering, returns, and online reservations.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
• Be flexible to take on other duties as assigned.
