CBD Kratom seeks a Senior Store Manager to oversee strategic growth and daily operations across two Illinois stores, Belleville and Fairview Heights. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and champion the customer journey with a service-first mindset.

The role requires leadership experience, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for our products and culture. This is a full-time opportunity with strong growth potential in a values-driven cannabis retail

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Must be a "people person" who is passionate about our products and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Maximize business opportunities to drive KPIs and improve store performance.
• Train and develop your team in cannabis and Kratom knowledge.
• Set goals, coach and provide feedback to drive engagement and high performance.
• Lead sales to achieve/exceed targets while guiding staff to realize their sales potential.
• Engage customers with a consultative, service-first approach to help them find what they need.
