Job summary

Milliner Talent Solutions is partnering with an established organization in Belleville, Illinois to recruit an experienced Store Manager to lead a retail location. The role covers sales, operations, inventory management and customer experience to drive high performance.

The ideal candidate has prior retail management experience with responsibility for sales and operations. A degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience overseeing sales and operations.
• Experience with inventory management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 6–7 across sales, administration and service.
• Own the location's day-to-day performance and operations.
• Drive revenue growth through sales execution and customer service.
• Coach sales staff on product knowledge, customer relationships and closing deals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
• Monitor sales results and progress against monthly targets.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, replenishment and accuracy.
• Ensure products are received, documented and maintained.
• Grow parts and service revenue alongside retail sales.
• Set annual budgets and monthly targets; maintain a customer-focused environment.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to support business objectives.
• Foster a strong team culture with accountability and development.

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
