Job summary

CBD Kratom in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead) to guide daily store operations and coach a small team of Doyens to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

You will role-model company values, master product knowledge of cannabis and kratom, and drive a service-first experience for guests. This full-time, on-site role requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.

As an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead), you will lead daily operations while coaching a team of Doyens (Sales Associates) to become industry experts in cannabis and kratom. Your primary focus is to drive sales and maintain high brand standards by bringing the company’s culture and values to life for both your team and your guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$17.50 per hour

This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with United Food Commercial Workers (UFCW), Local 655. Pay rate and wage increases are set per the contract. As a condition of employment, you will be required to pay union dues or equivalent service fees starting on your 31st day of employment.
