Responsibilities

• Develops, leads and contributes to the growth and profitability of the Consumer Banking Store portfolio, incl. deposits, loans, fees and expenses.
• Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience while achieving shareholder value.
• Deepens customer relationships by putting the customer first and referring to the right Specialist.
• Originates loan applications, handles lending conditions and conducts loan closings.
• Maintains active NMLS registration and ensures compliance with bank policies.
