Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service or financial services.
• 4+ years business development skills and strategies.
• 4+ years leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience in Small Business and Consumer lending.
• Knowledge of bank product lines and store operations.
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide people management leadership by hiring, goal setting, staff development, performance and compensation decisions.
• Manage a medium store and team per US TD Bank criteria.
• Oversee denovo stores; grow talent and support project success.
• Achieve store and individual performance metrics.
• Manage multiple store locations or diverse customer bases when required.
• Mentor developing store managers.
• Provide coaching on risk-aware processes and insights.
• Escalate issues to the highest level within the store for customers and partners.
• Originate loan applications, handle lending conditions and closings.
• Maintain active NMLS registration.

Formation

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

4+ years related experience

4+ years business development experience

4+ years leadership and coaching experience

Small Business lending experience

Consumer lending experience

Knowledge of bank product lines

Strong financial analysis skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
