Pacsun Desert Ridge Marketplace seeks a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in a busy on-site Desert Ridge store. You will lead a customer-focused team, drive top-line sales, and ensure profitable store operations while upholding Pacsun’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused service and ensure engaging experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and organize stockroom.
• Coach and provide feedback to Sales Associates.
• Drive store operations and visual standards.
• Support on-floor supervision during non-peak periods.
