Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Glendale, AZ. You will assist the Store Manager in driving a customer-focused, top-line sales oriented and profitable store. You’ll motivate the team, uphold policies, and ensure execution of store KPIs.

You will lead by example, manage floor coverage during non-peak periods, coach staff, and uphold Pacsun’s brand standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications, time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with math and computer applications.

Responsibilities
