Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven and profitable Las Vegas store. You will work with the team to deliver an engaging shopping experience and uphold Pacsun's brand standards.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive KPI achievement in a fast-paced retail environment in Las Vegas. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience.
• Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempts to 'solve for yes' and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Maintains a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience.
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate's performance.
• Supports associate engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
