Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, seeks a Senior General Manager to shape guest experience and motivate a store team. You will coach assistants, drive sales, and lead day–to–day store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in ongoing training, set goals, and communicate priorities. This hourly role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a retail sales environment with some leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Assist in attracting and retaining top-caliber employees.
• Act as a brand advocate for Victra.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales objectives.
• Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services.
• Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance.
• Take ownership for store and employee success, including staffing and scheduling.
• Assist with guest escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate company objectives and priorities to the team.
• Attend required manager trainings and roundtables.
