Job summary

Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead store operations and drive guest experiences in a fast-paced Verizon retail environment. You will coach the team, model sales processes, and own store performance to meet monthly targets while mentoring an Assistant General Manager.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail leadership, a track record of sales success, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. Competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Assist in attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
• Act as a brand advocate for Victra; provide ongoing sales training and support.
• Take ownership for store and employee success, including scheduling, staffing, and operations.
