Job summary

Murphy USA is seeking a Retail Fuel Construction Project Manager to oversee budget, schedule, and quality assurance for the development of our retail fueling stations. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of store development projects to operations.

The role emphasizes managing the bid process, schedules, and coordination across design, permitting, and construction to meet Murphy USA standards and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four-year college degree required; 5 years related experience and/or training; 2 years related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver store development projects to operations.
• Develop and manage project schedule, budget, and quality throughout pre-construction and construction.
• Manage bid process including issuing bids, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts.
• Oversee design reviews and value engineering to align with Murphy USA standards.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and vendors to confirm contractual obligations and milestones.
• Lead project kick-off, progress reviews, and final punch lists to ensure timely turnover to operations.
