Wonder seeks an Associate, Regional Marketing in the Greater Boston area to lead local and regional campaigns across multiple stores. You will build community partnerships, manage activations, and collaborate with operations and creative teams to drive traffic and revenue.

You’ll execute 360 marketing plans, measure results with Looker, and optimize spend. The role requires a hands-on self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-store environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, local store marketing, experiential marketing, community marketing, or regional marketing.
• Located in the Greater Boston area; experience supporting multiple locations or markets is preferred.
• Proven track record building community partnerships that drive measurable business results.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute local marketing plans identifying events, partnerships, and opportunities within your region.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, hospitals, hotels, and community orgs to drive awareness and acquisition.
• Manage field agencies, vendors, and brand ambassadors to execute events and activations with brand consistency.
