Job summary

You will lead teams, manage operations, and implement business initiatives while ensuring a high-quality customer experience across the store. The role emphasizes teaching, feedback, and collaboration with all levels of associates, with accountability for sales, budgets, and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, communicating and collaborating with all levels of staff.
• Protects customer experience by following and promoting Walmart's OBW service model and resolving issues.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports the mission, values and ethics of Walmart.
