Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of storage servers across the global fleet. You will coordinate hardware, firmware, and software teams, manage ODM partnerships, and establish closed-loop quality systems to improve reliability at scale.

The role requires deep technical translate-ability of constraints into risk while delivering complex hardware globally, with emphasis on program governance and manufacturing readiness gates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience, working directly with multiple engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience driving hardware development programs through full product lifecycle including design, validation, manufacturing, and fleet deployment.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• RFP & ODM Selection: Translate technical requirements into ODM evaluation criteria and drive selection meetings.
• NPI Program Delivery: Develop Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and build milestone timelines with risk tracking.
• Production Yield & Manufacturing Delivery: Monitor first-pass yield, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions before issues escalate.
• Fleet Operations & Feed‑Forward: Maintain fleet visibility and translate failure patterns into new requirements and test content.
