Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to define and lead storage hardware product development programs. You will manage cross-functional teams across geographies, vendors, and internal customers to deliver world-class storage and server deployments.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, process improvement, and collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and leadership to balance performance, cost, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple storage product development programs across cross-functional teams.
• Deliver projects from concept to delivery with data-driven decisions.
• Apply new technologies to large-scale storage and server deployments.
• Drive process improvements using metrics and data to improve cost and performance.
• Communicate with Directors, VPs, and stakeholders to build consensus and alignment.
