Job summary

Amazon Robotics seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead hardware program delivery for the Sortation Vertical, owning the full lifecycle from concept to deployment and field sustainment. You will coordinate across Systems Engineering, Deployment, Solutions, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to keep programs on schedule and manage the launch readiness process.

You will drive multi-site deployments, manage long-lead components, and lead change-control cadences while partnering with contract

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in hardware
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years working directly with hardware engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of sortation hardware programs across engineering disciplines and drive technical decisions
• Own the change-control cadence for the hardware portfolio and ensure released revisions are built to
• Own the procurement path for program hardware and translate supplier lead times into schedule risk
• Own launch readiness for site deployments and hand over to site Reliability Maintenance Engineering and Operations
