Job summary

Stratum Networks is seeking a Senior Storage Engineer to lead data migration to Microsoft 365 and OneDrive, and to manage NetApp storage across on-prem and cloud environments. This role requires a TS/SCI with polygraph and a strong background in storage architecture for DoD/IC clients.

You will design migration strategies, optimize storage performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet mission-critical objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 14 years experience or HS/GED with 19 years experience in systems engineering.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Strong experience migrating data to Microsoft 365 & OneDrive.
• Extensive NetApp storage experience including configuration and tuning.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II security certification required on submission.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of data to Microsoft 365 and OneDrive with minimal disruption.
• Design and implement migration strategies from on-prem NetApp to M365/OneDrive.
• Manage and optimize global NetApp storage solutions.
• Monitor storage performance and capacity for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliver storage solutions.
• Provide technical support for storage issues and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and operating guidelines.
• Enforce data management policies and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with storage/cloud trends and recommend enhancements.
