Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; Masters with 6+ years considered.
• Experience administering enterprise storage systems (Dell Sc/Compellent, Data Domain).
• SAN/NAS administration, VMWare ESX integration, data migrations and snapshots.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable storage architectures for on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Develop engineering artifacts: diagrams, designs, data flows and plans.
• Engineer lifecycle replacement strategies for storage infrastructure.
• Manage backups, replication, DR planning, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with server teams for SAN provisioning and VM datastore alignment.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous process improvements.
