Job summary

Sunayu, LLC is seeking a Storage Engineer to support the National Digital Exploitation and OSINT Center (NDOC). This on-site role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable enterprise storage across on-premise and cloud environments to maximise availability and performance.

You will develop architectural roadmaps, perform lifecycle design, and ensure data protection with disaster recovery planning, adhering to DoD and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of storage engineering experience.
• DoD 8140/8570.11 IAT Level II or higher certifications required.
• US Citizenship required; TS/SCI Poly preferred or required depending on contract.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer scalable storage architectures across on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Install, configure, and administer enterprise storage systems (Dell, NetApp, Rubrik).
• Develop engineering artifacts and lifecycle plans; support disaster recovery and data protection.
• Monitor performance, plan capacity, and optimise availability and resilience.
• Collaborate with server admins to manage LUNs, NFS/SMB shares, and SAN resources.
• Provide 24/7 support for a government or critical customer environment.
