Job summary

Swift is seeking experienced engineers to develop and maintain automation, tooling, and integrations that support reliable infrastructure services. You will work with Linux systems, APIs, and CI/CD, building internal tools and dashboards to improve monitoring, provisioning, and incident response.

The role emphasizes secure coding practices, collaboration with security and operations, and continuous improvement of automation and observability across multi-site storage deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Foundational development or scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go, JavaScript or similar.
• Experience with Linux, networking, APIs and infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, Git and code reviews.
• Ability to translate operational needs into automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve automation, tooling and workflows to support infrastructure services.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, reports, and self-service capabilities for operations and monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to translate requirements into practical automation.
• Create API integrations and command-line tooling to improve administration and service delivery.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes for automation.
