Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Staff Stock Administrator in Seattle to manage end-to-end equity administration, including grant uploads, RSU vesting, and participant education. You will scale equity programs and help implement systems for a global organization.

The role collaborates with Payroll, Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Technology, and Operations to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting across the company.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of stock plan administration experience with a public company.
• Certified Equity Professional designation or ECA credential.
• Strong project-management and prioritization skills.
• Follow applicable service, risk, and control procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve processes.
• Experience with E*TRADE EEO system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equity databases with transfer agent and brokerage system.
• Process participant, grant, transaction, and demographic updates.
• Monitor inbound file feeds, data transfers and workflows.
• Document processes and issue resolutions to participants.
• Provide recurring and ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders.
• Support special equity-related projects, implementations, and transitions.
• Collaborate across Payroll, Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Technology, Operations.
