Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Staff Stock Administrator to manage the daily end-to-end equity administration, including grant uploads, RSU vesting, and participant education across a growing global organization.

This highly visible role will build and scale the company’s equity programs, work on system implementations, and improve processes across Payroll, Accounting, HR, Legal, and Finance. You will partner with multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Support audit, control, compliance, and documentation requirements
• Follow applicable service, risk, and control procedures
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve existing processes
• Strong project-management and prioritization skills
• Certified Equity Professional designation or ECA credential
• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• 5-8 years of stock plan administration experience with a public company
• Experience with E*TRADE EEO system

Responsibilities

• Maintain equity databases with the transfer agent and brokerage system/Client Service Manager
• Process participant, grant, transaction, and demographic updates
• Monitor incoming file feeds, data transfers, and administrative workflows
• Document processes, procedures, and issue resolutions to participants
• Provide recurring and ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders
• Support special projects, implementations, transitions, and other equity-related initiatives
• Collaborate effectively across Payroll, Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Technology, Operations, and other business functions
