Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• 3-4 years supervisory experience in sterile processing or equivalent.
• CRCST and CSPDT certifications required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages Sterile Processing Department staff and workflow.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, regulations, and department policies.
• Maintains instrument tracking, labeling, stocking, and timely delivery to Operating Room.
