DIVERSE LYNX LLC is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing professional in Las Vegas to lead and manage sterile processing operations. The role requires strong technical expertise in interpreting IFUs and maintaining sterilization standards across the department.

The position requires CRCST or CSPDT certification, plus three additional certifications to be completed within two years, and a minimum of five years in sterile processing with increasing responsibility, including prior management

Qualifications

• Five years minimum in Sterile Processing with increasing responsibility.
• Prior management experience needed.
• English proficiency for interpretation of Instructions For Use (IFU) and overall communications.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required; and additional three certifications must be acquired within two years.
