Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5–7 years pharma/biotech/CDMO project experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory expectations.
• Project management leadership potential or experience mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs end to end across sterile BFS products.
• Act as primary client contact and manage executive reviews.
• Develop integrated schedules and risk registers with milestones.
• Direct cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Own scope, change control, and quoting activities.
• Coordinate regulatory deliverables and post-approval submissions.
• Mentor Project Managers and coordinate governance reporting.
• Represent PMO in leadership meetings and site governance.
• Advance PMO capabilities with KPIs and dashboards.
• Maintain meeting agendas and minutes as formal records.
