Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of direct experience in contract development or manufacturing in a CDMO environment.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Working knowledge of aseptic fill and finish of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver program objectives within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain overall program plans and schedules (including tech transfer).
• Balance multiple priorities with minimal supervision and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive data‑driven, innovative solutions.
