Job summary

The Ritedose Corporation seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the technical and commercial execution of multiple client programs for sterile BFS unit-dose products. You will act as the primary client contact and direct cross-functional teams across the site, advancing from feasibility through commercial supply.

This senior individual-contributor role sits in the PMO and is a stepping stone toward broader PM leadership, mentoring project managers and contributing to portfolio governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client programs end to end for sterile BFS products, including feasibility, tech transfer, qualifying batches, and launch.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and manage relationships at working and executive levels.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, risk registers, and milestone tracking tools.
• Direct cross-functional teams across Product Development, Analytical Services, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain,Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day direction to Project Managers and Coordinators.
