Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Statutory Reporting Accountant to support the daily tasks of compiling statutory financial statements, reconciliations, and related regulatory reporting across multiple health insurance entities. The role reports to the Senior Statutory Reporting Manager and helps ensure accurate, timely filings.

Qualifications

• Reinsurance accounting experience from implementation to reporting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with complex formulas.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (ERP) and Workiva (Wdesk).
• Proven track record in fast-paced financial reporting.
• Strong initiative and customer-service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to adhere to policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Analytical, hands-on contributor capable of multitasking.
• Maintain high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually for NAIC and state authorities.
• Prepare all supplemental filings accompanying the statements as required by regulators.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Test and assist in NetSuite and Workiva report development for statements.
• File monthly, quarterly, and annual statements with NAIC and states by deadlines.
• Lead/adapt to ad hoc statutory reporting and reinsurance projects.
• Overtime during peak reporting periods as necessary.
• Review statutory statements and filings as needed.
