Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 8+ years in facilities maintenance.
• Experience in operations, maintenance and repair of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including sequences of operations and specs.
• Strong problem solving and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Operate, maintain, and monitor stationary equipment and systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform routine inspections and respond to service calls with documented actions in the CMMS.
• Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacements per standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and collaborate with teams for timely issue resolution.
• Act as first responder during emergencies and engage in ongoing learning and training.
