Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Stationary Engineer to ensure safe, reliable operation of boilers, chillers, HVAC and related systems. You will monitor BAS, read gauges, document readings, perform lubrication, and support maintenance teams in a 24/7 casino environment.

Requires 7–10 years in boiler room operations, MD Fourth Grade Stationary Engineer license, and Siemens Desigo/Insight familiarity. MD license and a valid MD driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

Must have OSHA knowledge for central plant operations.

Responsibilities

Operates boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment and ancillary equipment.
Read gauges and meters and record readings.
Lubricate fans, pumps, motors, and other equipment.
Maintain maintenance records and materials records.
Monitor BAS and adjust as needed.
Regularly tour plants and inspect equipment during shift.
Assist maintenance techs as needed in Casino/Hotel.
Communicate issues to Chief Engineer.
