Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel’s Stationary Engineer keeps the central plant running, maintaining boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems to ensure safe, reliable facility operations for guests and staff.
The role requires coordination with the Chief Engineer and maintenance teams, with a focus on compliance and documentation. Ideal candidates have substantial boiler room experience, knowledge of building automation (Siemens Desigo/Insight), and the ability to work flexible hours, with Maryland licensure
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Seven to ten years’ operation of boiler room facilities, including boilers over 200 HP and chillers over 500 tons.
Responsibilities
- Operates boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment and ancillary equipment as directed.
- Reads gauges/meters and records readings.
- Lubricates fans, pumps, motors and ancillary equipment.
- Maintains maintenance records and materials inventory.
- Monitors BAS and makes adjustments as needed.
- Inspects equipment during shifts and coordinates with maintenance teams.
