Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in mathematical or statistical field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Advanced industry designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profit/losses for assigned products across multiple states.
• Manages other Product Managers.
• Oversees all aspects of the product lifecycle for assigned products.
• Designs products aligned with the business plan and market needs.
• Determines product strategy including coverage, risk selection, and underwriting policy.
• Develops rate structures and underwriting guidelines to meet profit margins.
• Assumes responsibility for catastrophe risk accumulation.
• Develops product implementation procedures for orderly changes.
• Collaborates with functional leaders to ensure timely changes.
