Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the Agriculture or Commercial Lines portfolio across a 45-state footprint. You will drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Underwriting, Actuarial, Field/Distribution, Claims, and Operations.

Location: In-Office (100% Onsite Required). The role emphasizes agile mindset, market insights, and delivering market-leading solutions with a strong emphasis on leadership and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in Product Management, insurance industry preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of Commercial or Agricultural insurance products.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Agriculture or Commercial Lines across a 45-state footprint.
Drive profitable growth through product innovation, pricing alignment, and market-responsive offerings.
Monitor product performance and adjust strategies to meet financial/operational targets.
Lead product lifecycle management including design, filings, and sunset decisions.
