Responsibilities

• Own product profit/loss for assigned products across multiple states.
• Lead and develop other Product Managers.
• Design products aligned with business plans and profit targets.
• Define product strategy, coverage, and underwriting guidelines.
• Develop rate structures and underwriting procedures to meet margins.
• Coordinate product changes with functional managers.
