Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Product Manager I to drive growth and profitability for the assigned line of business. You will work with regional teams and partners to execute growth initiatives, collaborating with Underwriting and Marketing to understand client needs and market opportunities.

You will be the primary decision-maker within your scope and work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four to six years of industry experience.
• One year of Product Management experience or four years underwriting/actuarial experience.
• Basic understanding of Property and Casualty insurance products.
• Ability to travel.
• Strong negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive YoY growth and profitability for assigned LOB or Region.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify potential value-added vendors.
• Develop strategy to profitably grow markets with Underwriting and Marketing.
• Foster a culture of idea-sharing within the product management team.
• Review pricing and features to support holistic strategy across divisions.
