Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 7 years of enterprise‑level Government Affairs experience.
• Ideal candidates have 3+ years in legislative or lobbying roles at federal/state level and familiarity with trade associations.

Responsibilities

• Track and lobby on non-California state legislation and regulations.
• Negotiate state and local incentives and coordinate with state associations and chambers.
• Represent Nissan at local, state, and federal levels and manage regulatory relationships.
• Provide updates on policy trends to internal stakeholders and identify risks/opportunities.
