Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in facility management in a corporate environment.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to develop and manage capital plans and budgets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
• Proficient in SAP, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement all aspects of the Corporate Services and Facility Strategy and Business Plan; develop and control operational budgets.
• Complete and report monthly accruals, forecasting and budget adjustments; manage invoices and contract spend.
• Manage onsite vendors/contractors, ensure quality and timely delivery, and drive performance improvements.
• Act as key stakeholder for 3rd party contracts related to preventive/reactive maintenance, facilities projects and employee services.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align with Nissan's corporate strategy and long-term goals.
• Present facility opportunities, budgets, and capital plans to leadership.
