Job summary

UL Standards & Engagement in Evanston, IL (hybrid with Raleigh-Durham, NC or Ottawa) seeks a Senior Standards Program Manager for Combustion, Cable and Conduit (CCC) to lead the full lifecycle of standards development and maintain high-quality publications.

You will manage multiple projects, mentor teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to advance safety standards, align with strategy, and strengthen ULSE’s mission to make the world safer, more secure, and sustainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 9 years related work experience.
• PMP or relevant project management certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of standard development process, including identifying needs, creating, revising approving and publishing standards.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure execution aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive integration of safety standards into end-product and services standards.
