Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Staffing Coordinator to provide senior-level contractor support for SSC, SYD 81, and PAE-I programs. You will influence portfolio strategy, integrate policy and requirements, and engage senior military and civilian leadership across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 10+ years of DoD experience.
• Experience with ETMS2 or DoD task-management platforms.
• Strong program management knowledge and practices.
• Experience with strategic planning, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement in a DoD environment.
• Experience coordinating across organizations and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations and executive briefings/communication products.
• Space Program Office or MAJCOM experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government customer’s principal advisor for portfolio strategy, enterprise alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Integrate policy, strategic plans, program requirements, and technical considerations into cohesive, forward-looking recommendations for senior leadership.
• Oversee the Integration Team to align near-term execution with long-term transformation objectives.
• Lead development and implementation of strategies that advance concept development and enterprise integration.
• Collaborate with Government, industry, and mission partners to advance priorities and coordination.
• Manage senior-level stakeholder engagements and executive communications to support partnerships and external engagements.
• Develop and oversee strategic products, narratives, and executive-level briefings with integrated perspectives.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for messaging across programs and portfolios.
• Support acquisition integration activities, program reporting, and configuration management.
• Lead or support surge activities, special projects, and emerging requirements as needed.
