The ideal candidate integrates leadership priorities into actionable plans, tracks execution, maintains battle rhythm, and facilitates senior-level engagements with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 7+ years supporting DoD staff or equivalent mission environments.
• Experience coordinating executive-level deliverables and senior leader briefings.

Responsibilities

• Track high-priority taskings from SECAF, DoD leadership, and staff inquiries.
• Staff executive briefings, information papers, decision packages, and Staff Summary Sheets.
